| 摘 要： | 新建本科院校思政课青年教师师德建设存在问题,加强新建本科院校思政课青年教师师德建设的重要性不言而喻,从构建思政课青年教师师德建设环境的视角提出促进青年教师师德提高的有效途径,为当前新建本科院校开展思政课青年教师师德建设提供依据。

| Abstract: | Based on analysis of ethic problems of young teachers who teach ideological and political courses in the new founded undergraduate colleges,this article elaborated the importance of strengthening the ethic construction of young teachers who teach ideological and political course in the mew founded undergraduate colleges,and put forward effective approaches that can improve the ethics of young teachers from the perspective of ethic construction of young teachers,thus providing reference for promoting the ethic construction of young teachers in the mew founded undergraduate colleges. |
