由于传统的SWOT分析只是简单地列出企业的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战,虽然简单明了,但是分析时没有突出关键因素,对关键因素的影响权重更无从谈起。基于资源理论,拟在不确定性的现代企业环境下对SWOT分析中的四个方面因素进行动态的前景假设。通过构建动态的SWOT分析模型,在动态的评价中随机调整企业的发展战略。

Dynamic Model of SWOT Analysis on the Resource-Based Theory

The result of the SWOT analysis is the foundation of enterprise's strategic decision.However,the traditional SWOT analysis simply lists the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,although simple,but it is lack of theoretical basis,also the analysis doesn't highlight key factors,even the weight of the key influential factors.The modern business environment is full of uncertainty,so it is necessary to perform dynamic prospect hypothesis of the four factors analysis in SWOT analysis and the construction of the dynamic analysis model of SWOT analysis and the constant adjustment of strategy of enterprise.
