| 摘 要： | 由于水旱自然灾害频繁及水利工程年久失修,华中抗日根据地通过疏浚河道,修筑河堤、湖堤、海堤,开挖水塘,种植树木等措施来加强水利建设。在水利建设过程中,因地制宜,依靠科技治水,注重效率和质量,节约经费,统筹全局。水利事业的开展,减轻了旱涝灾害,保证了粮食增产和群众生命财产的安全,密切了军民关系,树立了根据地政府的良好形象。

| Abstract: | Because of flood and drought taking place frequently and irrigation works have long been out of repair,Huazhong anti-Japanese base strengthened irrigation works construction by dredging waterways,building dykes of rivers,lakes and sea,excavating pond,planting trees.In the process of build irrigation works,they took measures suited to local conditions,regulated rivers and watercourses by science,paid attention to efficiency and quality,economize on funds,took the whole situation into account and plan accordingly.The development of the water conservancy project,alleviated the disaster of flood and drought,ensured the increase of grain and the safety of people's life and property,intimated the relationship between army and people,and established good images of the base government. |
