| 摘 要： | 船舶司法拍卖涉及对各种以船舶价值担保的优先请求权的保护与清偿问题。如果一国的船舶拍卖程序不符正当程序原则的相应基本要求，可能难以得到其他国家的承认。为保障与平衡各国船舶优先债权人的利益，三个船舶优先权和抵押权公约均对船舶拍卖程序的正当性提出了具体要求。

| Abstract: | The judicial sale of ships involves the protection and discharge of these priority claims on the particular ship. If the procedure of the judicial sale doesn＇t accord with the principle of due process, the procedure might not be recognized in other countries. Thus all the three Conventions on maritime liens and mortgages put forward some due requirements on the procedure of judicial sale of ships. |
