摘    要:长期以来,零售企业销售商品中占主导地位的是生产企业品牌,但随着市场竞争的加剧,一些大中型零售企业已认识到品牌对赢得顾客的重要性,开始创建自有品牌.零售企业创建自有品牌,首先要考虑规模优势、实力大小、合作的生产企业、营销能力、信誉等因素;其次要进行创建自有品牌的策划,确定合适的商品品牌,进行品牌设计,选择创建自有品牌的方式.

Abstract:For a long time,what occupied a chief position in retail business transaction has been the brand of the manufacturers.But with the market ampetition increasing,some retail businessescame to realize the importance their brands are of to customers.For these businesses to set up their brands,they have to take several elements into consideration,which the author will discuss in tetails.
