| 摘 要： | 江泽民总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立 80周年大会上的讲话 ,重新定位了非公有制经济人士 ,在中共十六大报告中进一步论述了非公有制经济问题。本文根据《讲话》和十六大报告精神主要阐述了如何引导非公有制经济人士做合格的社会主义事业建设者。

| Abstract: | General secretary Jiang Zemin's speech in the 80th anniversary conference celebrating the founding of the Chinese Communist Party re-orientates people from economic fieid of non-public ownership.The Report of the 16th National Congress of CPC discusses further the question of economy of non-public ownership.The paper,according to the spirit of the speech and the report of the 16th National Congress of CPC,mainly discusses how to guide people from economic fieid of nonpublic ownership to becoming qualified builders of socialist cause. |
