| 摘 要： | 本文针对城市住区建设存在的现状问题,综合各方面的研究成果,对城市住区规划设计的基本观点进行了理论总结,认为住区规划设计应从属于城市规划设计范畴,住区和社区应一体化规划设计,以及应将生态规划纳入住区规划设计;并且结合南京市住区建设的实践活动进行了具体分析.

| Abstract: | Based on Nanjing's practice in the construction of residential district, this paper makes a concrete analysis of some existing problems in the construction of urban residential district. By integrating some research fruits in various fields, it summarizes theoretically basic viewpoints of the designing and planning of urban residential district, and holds that the designing and planning of living areas belongs to the urban designing category, and that the designing and planning of community and living environment should also be considered in constructing residential district. |
