| Abstract: | The construction of rule by law need t he support of the people with the ideology of rule by law ,the lack of which in the countryside in present China c auses many problems for the construction of rule by law in countryside .To solve these problems and push forward the construction of rule by law in co untryside successfully ,there is an urgent need for the cultivation of the ideology. |
