论个体价值取向的分裂、冲突与整合

个体自身价值取向和谐的内涵是价值取向的全面、协调和整合。当前我国部分人的价值取向不和谐,主要表现在空间向度上夸大个人价值而淡化集体价值;时间向度上重视当前功利满足而忽视长远价值追求;内容向度上强调物质价值、科技价值和知识价值而藐视精神价值、人文价值和道德价值。促进个体自身价值取向和谐要坚持社会主义核心价值体系在个体价值观中的主导地位,大力发展精神文化,加强和改进价值观教育。

The Division, Conflicts and Integration of Value Dimensions of Individual

The harmony between different value orientations of an individual person demands a systematic orchestration of the dimensions of values.Value conflicts so confuse a number of people in China that they are tempted to make wrong decision on value choice,e.g.,they tend to give too much weight to personal interest while downplaying the collective interest;they attach too much importance to the utility for the present but ignore the long term interest;they emphasize the values of material comfort,technology and scientific knowledge yet tend to depreciate spiritual values,humanistic values and moral values.In order to harmonize the dimensions of value for every individual,we should prioritize the core value system of socialism,promote spiritual culture,and improve education on value choice.
