试析遵义会议的民主精神

发扬民主是遵义会议精神的重要组成部分。会前,由于毛泽东与王稼祥、张闻天沟通达成共识,通道、黎平、猴场会议的相继举行,提升了中央政治局的地位,限制了＂三人团＂的权力。在遵义会议上,与会者畅所欲言,依多数人的意见作出决定,解决了紧迫的军事问题和组织问题。会后连锁产生了民主效应：会议精神得到认真的贯彻;中央集体议事的优良传统得以恢复;及时成立了对中央政治局负责的三人军事指挥小组,毛泽东起核心、主导作用。

An Analysis of the Democratic Spirit of the Zunyi Conference

Democracy is an important part of the spirit of the Zunyi Conference.Before the Conference,Mao Zedong communicated with Wang Jiaxiang,and Zhang Wentian and reached a consensus,so that Tongdao,Liping,Hongchang Conferences were held one after another to enhance the status of the Politburo,limiting the power of the Group of Three.At the Zunyi Conference,the participants all spoke out freely.Decisions were made according to the opinion of the majority,solving the pressing military issues and organizational issues.After the conference,a chain of democratic effect followed: the spirit of the Conference was seriously implemented;the fine tradition of the rule by the collective was restored;the Central Political Bureau,which was responsible for the military command group of the three,was established in time,and Mao played a central and leading role in it.
