| 摘 要： | 吉林省是一个经济欠发达省份，传统产业化重大，老企业多、老产品多。随着知识经济时代的到来，我省的产业和产品正面临着越来越大的市场竞争压力，在这种形势下，我省要实现从工业经济时代向知识经济时代的跨越，就必须搞好吉林省产业结构调整，增强创新意识，加快创新步伐。

| Abstract: | The economy in Jilin province is not developed, which showed as follows: the proportion of traditional industries as a whole ,many old enterprises and out date products. With the knowledge economy times coming, the industries and products in Jilin province is facing with more and more market competition. In this situation, it is essential to change the industrial structure and bring forth the innovation consciousness and quicken the steps of innovation in order to enter the knowledge economy times from the industrial economy times. |
