| Abstract: | Based on the Western literature on housing and the uniqueness of housing, this paper discusses the ways of state intervention in housing market and the relative theory of state intervention on housing proposed by Western sociologists. Thus the paper comes up with a referring perspective for analyzing the present housing problem in China. |
