试论盐业管理体制改革的可能性

我国目前进行盐业管理体制改革、取消食盐行政性管制,不但具备充分的理论依据,而且具备必要的现实市场条件,我国应抓住有利时机,借鉴欧美的盐业专营体制改革经验,从我国具体而特殊的国情出发,纠正背离市场经济规律的行为,在健全的法律制度保障下,逐渐形成盐业经济主体公平竞争的市场机制,并着力构筑普及碘盐的反贫困高效平台。
