| 摘 要： | 教育券理论自产生以来,在国外许多国家得以实践。教育券制度弥补了公立学校的缺陷,也产生了一些问题。在我国基础教育改革过程中,教育券理论与实践为反思我国公立学校教育投资问题、公平与效率问题以及基础教育的营利性问题提供了新的视角。
