| 摘 要： | 启动民间投资，是我国近年实施积极财政政策以来，各级政府面临的一个全新课题。广州民间投资的增长轨迹和主要特点，显示其已成为广州国民经济发展的主要生力军，但当前仍存在不少妨碍民间投资进一步增长的障碍，需要采取相应的激励对策，才能推动民间投资逐渐成为未来经济增长的主要动力。

| Abstract: | The paper makes use of the latest data of statistics to analyze the growth and main features of civilian invetment in Guangzhou and points out that it has become one of forces in the development of Guangzhou economy. But at Present there are still some Problems in the civilian investment growth and we must take measures to encourage civilian investment, thus making it a main force of further economic growth. |
