| Abstract: | Combating corruption and building a clean government is an essential demand and an urgent task in our political and cultural development. We should draw some implications from the western countries' policy of combating corruption and derive beneficial experience from their work of preventing corruption. This will quicken our steps in making laws aimed at combating corruption, promote the establishment of effective mechanism of prevention and repress corruption by increasing the corrupting cost of badger hats. |
