| 摘 要： | 改革开放以后，在我国城市化迅速推进过程中出现了一个困扰众多城市政府的城中村难题。从新制度经济学角度探讨了城中村形成的根源，同时分析了城中村正式制度和非正式制度变迁的规律，由此得出了城中村发展的几点启示。

| Abstract: | With the reform and opening-up policy processing in China,urban village has become the actual trouble with high attention from the government during the course of rapid urbanization.In the perspective of New Institutional Economics,this article investigates the causes,analyzes the formal and informal system of urban village changes,then offer some suggestions about the urban village construction. |
