| 摘 要： | 随着中国加入WTO,高校也必将面临更多的机遇和更大的挑战.在高等教育与国际接轨的过程中,做一名"服务型"的人事干部是高校人事工作者在新时期所肩负的重要责任与挑战,作者从高校人事干部增强服务意识、提高服务水平的重要性;服务的内涵以及如何促使人事干部增强服务意识等方面作了分析.

| Abstract: | With China's entry into WTO, institutions of higher learning will face more opportunities and greater challenges. In the process of joint with international society, being a service personnel cadre is an important responsibility and challenge for the staff who take personnel affairs in new era. The author analyse many aspects of the issue,including strengthening personnel cadre's service awareness,importance of improving service level,contents of service,and how to cause them to improve their service consciousness,etc. |
