| 摘 要： | 对风险企业的财务特性进行了分析 ,提出了风险投资机构的适度分散风险、合理选择投资介入时机和方式、保证风险资本流动性等投资策略 ,最后对我国风险投资机构在进行投资决策时应特别注意的问题进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the financial characteristics of venture enterprises,and puts forward such investment strategies for venture investment organizations as:the moderate diversification of risk,reasonable time and may of investment,adequate liquidity of the venture capital,and the article analyzes what the venture investment organizations in china should pay attention to when making investment decision as well. |
