On the Rights Protection of Library Readers

In catering for the readers' ever-growing needs for documentation, service and information, as well as their need for involvement in library management, public libraries must raise the awareness of reader-rights protection. The unity between form and content, between rights and duties, and between individual and public rights must be maintained in order for rights protection to be scientific, standardized and legalized.
