教师在麻醉本科生临床实习带教中的主导作用

麻醉专业本科生进入临床实习以后,在向临床医师角色转换的过程中,指导教师将会起到重要的指导作用。通过临床带教,帮助学生理解麻醉工作的意义及本质,逐渐融入到临床角色当中;重视理论与实践相结合,提高解决临床实际问题的能力;关注人文精神,培养职业素质,加强职业道德教育。指导教师要以高度的责任感和认真严谨的工作态度去教育学生,在带教中融教授知识、培养能力、提高素质为一体,起到实习教学上的主导作用。

The Leading Role of the Teacher in Guiding the Clinical Practice of the Undergraduates of Anesthesia Specialty
