世界一流大学的认识误区与合理定位

《国家中长期教育改革和规划纲要》明确提出了"建设世界一流大学,形成一批世界一流学科"的宏伟目标,建设世界一流大学是政府、社会以及高等教育学界共同期待的美好愿景。然而现实中还存在对世界一流大学的认识盲点和误区,主要表现为:一是唯排名是从,窄化概念;二是以规模辨雌雄,泛化概念;三是类型同质化,失却办学特色。针对此,建设世界一流大学需要做好三个定位,即理念定位、制度定位和学科定位,这既是实现《纲要》目标的前提条件,更是我国迈入高等教育强国之列的重要保障。
