我国建筑业存在的问题及对策

改革开放以来,中国的建筑业获得了长足的发展。但是,中国建筑业还存在着诸多问题。如企业产权还没有完全界定、现代公司制度还不完善、市场秩序混乱、建筑成本高、建筑质量差、诚信度较低等。要解决这些问题,必须深入地进行体制改革、加强法制建设和制度完善、努力提高管理水平、大力整顿市场秩序、明确政府的管理职能、加强宏观调控等等。

In order to solve those problems construction system reform and law improvement should be carry out deeply, as well as management capacity, market's order, government's management function and supervision and service and macro-control in construction industry.
