| 摘 要： | 高校教职工的思想道德水平关系着人才培育的质量 ,因而加强其思想道德建设有着特别重要的意义。由于教师职业的劳动特殊性 ,加强高校教职工思想道德建设 ,就必须围绕师德建设这个核心 ,结合教师职业道德的政治性、实用性、示范性、继承性等特征 ,把高校教职工思想定位于献身教育、教书育人、为人师表。在此基础上 ,探求加强高校教职工思想道德建设的途径和措施
