Defense strategy of patent for an enterprise means a tactic to break through the situation of monopoly and improve the status in competition where it is suffered from attack by other enterprises or entities or the patent of contests has hampered to its business. The contents thereof has the patent strategy to invoke the other party's patent, strategy to put the documents to the public, cross-license strategy, strategy of invalidation or nullity, patent of steer clear of patent, strategy to end basic patent and the like. Such different patent strategies have special application condition and circumstance and there exist different tactics as to different enterprises.
