| 摘 要： | 自美国实施对日军事占领时起,美国对日政策中就包含有利用心理战术引导日本亲西方化的成分.随着冷战形势深化,杜鲁门政府的全球心理战略逐渐成型,并于1953年确立了第一个"对日心理战略计划项目".根据此项计划,美国在日本实施了种种隐蔽的、以抵消共产主义影响为目的的心理宣传计划,充分暴露出美国政府为实现目的不惜使用文化渗透、心理干预等阴暗手段的政策实质.

| Abstract: | Since the military occupation on Japan,America's Japanese policy has involved some elements of psychological measures aiming at assuring continued orientation of Japan toward the West.With the deepening of the cold war,the global psychological strategy of the truman government came into being,and the first psychological strategy program for Japan was established in 1953.In accordance with this program,American government carried on diversified covert psychological propoganda plan to counteract the communist influence.All these programs revealed thoroughly the policy-making essence of American government,that is,employing so much snaky measures as cultural instillation and psychological invasion in order to fulfill its objective. |
