综合实践活动教师素养构成浅论

摘    要:综合实践活动教师的素养除了包括一般教师所必须拥有的政治思想素养、道德素养、文化素养、能力素养外,还必须具备综合实践活动课程本身所要求的素养,主要包括:知识素养、理论素养、能力素养和情意素养,其中,知识素养、理论素养和能力素养是外显的,是综合实践活动教师素养的基础,情意素养则是内在的品质,四者相辅相成,共同构成综合实践活动教师个体的整体素养。

Abstract:In the integrated and practiced curriculum,teacher must have a general knowledge of political ideology,morality and culture,abilities knowledge,besides,he should also possesses comprehensive knowledge required by the course itself,mainiy include : knowledge,theory,abitity and affective qualities, The former three is explicit and basal,affective qualities is inherent,These four requirements are complementary and together they constitute the overall quality requirement of individual teachers for integrated and practical course.
