黑龙江省农产品出口问题分析及对策建议

改革开放以来，黑龙江省把扩大对外开放作为振兴经济的一项重大措施，积极推进外向型大经贸，其中农产品对外出口是主要创汇项目。然而随着农业综合开发的深化，农业的发展和农产品的不断增加，以及农产品关税的逐年减让直至2006年的彻底取消，黑龙江省农产品出口面临着严峻的挑战。根据近几年黑龙江省出口的部分数据，分析了影响黑龙江省出口问题的因素，并在此基础上提出了几点解决问题、促进出口的对策建议。
