历史、现状与未来——罪犯思想改造制度的反思

改造罪犯思想是具有中国特色的一项罪犯改造制度，而且曾经取得了巨大的成功。在新的形势下，特别是在行为矫正理论的冲击下，思想改造制度出现了诸多困境，如其正当性与必要性的冲突，改造方式脱离实际，改造目标与效果的差距，等等。思想改造制度应有所限定地使用，同时应完善相应的改造手段。
