| 摘 要： | 领导者与追随者是相互界定的,领导者的唯一定义是其后面有追随者,领导的实质是追随关系。当代对领导者的角色、职责、权力、追随者的内涵、类型、对抗权、领导者与追随者的互动等一系列问题的研究,注入了许多新的内容,正在融合为新的理论。深入研究这个问题,对管理学、行政学和领导科学的发展都是有意义的。

| Abstract: | Leader and follower are defined each other.The only definition of leader is that he has followers,the essence of which is the following relation.Contemporary study of leader's role, duty, power, and the definition of follower, type, counter power, and interaction of leader and follower have got many results. All of these are developing into a new theory. The further research is important to the development of management science, administration and leadership science. |
