| 摘 要： | 教育创新是高等学校跨越式发展的必然选择.把握好教育创新中的经济学与教育学内涵,重视高等学校中原创性科研,注重培养高层次创新人才;找好跨越式发展的切入点,进行学科建设,提高学科建设中高密度学术组织的水平;搞好环境文化建设,实现运行机制的转换,是实施跨越式发展战略的重要保证.

| Abstract: | Educational innovation is the inevitable choice for colleges and universities. In order to carry out the strategy of striding development, the following measures must be adopted: grasping the connotations of economics and pedagogy in educational innovation: emphasizing originality in scientific research to train high level innovative talents; locating the breakthrough in the development in order to carry out effective discipline building and raise the level of high density academic organizations in discipline building; and improving cultural construction in order to realize the transition of operational mechanism. |
