| 摘 要： | 农村人力资本是农村社会经济发展的决定性力量。本文以黑龙江省农村人力资本为研究对象，阐述其存量现状及投资现状，深入分析农村人力资本投资中存在的问题，最后提出应从转变观念、政府支持、加强培训等方面优化黑龙江省农村人力资本投资。

| Abstract: | Human capital in rural areas is the decisive force of developing socio-economic development in rural areas.The article takes Heilongjiang Province as an example,analyzes the status quo and problems of human capital in rural areas.At last,it puts up that optimizing the investment in human capital in rural areas should be from the following three aspects,changing concepts,government support and enhancing training. |
