| 摘 要： | 遗产监控是世界遗产管理的重要内容,也是遗产地实现可持续发展的重要保证。而遗产监测是遗产监控的基础和依据。其监控内容与指标的确立可以以现有的遗产地相关监测内容指标为基础,建立遗产监控的组织保障和评价机制。

| Abstract: | The monitoring and controlling of heritage is not only an important aspect of the management of world heritage, but also the significant assurance of the realization of sustainable development in the area where the heritage is located. The heritage monitoring is the foundation and basis of heritage controlling. The content and index of the heritage monitoring and controlling can be determined on the basis of the existing content and index of heritage monitoring and controlling currently adopted at the location of the heritage. At the same time, the organizational guarantee and evaluation mechanism should also be established. |
