| 摘 要： | 本文以紧邻氨基酸出现的频数为参数,用离散增量方法预测了6种类型膜蛋白.并用自洽、留一法和独立检验三种方法对算法进行检验,均获得了较好的预测效果.

| Abstract: | Six kinds of membrane proteins are predicted by applying the algorithm of the increment of diversity,with the number of adjacent residue-pair in the sequences of protein taken as the parameter.Self-consistency,jackknife and independent dataset test methods are used for checking.The results of prediction are proved to be fairly good. |
