| 摘 要： | SARS对中国经济的影响范围不只是局部的,一定意义上也是全局的;程度尽管难以准确估计,但恐怕不能低估;性质是有正有负的,但负面影响肯定大于正面影响;时间可能是短期的,也可能是长期的,存在很大的不确定性.SARS对中国经济的影响不容低估.消除SARS对经济的负面影响需要政府和社会更加广泛、艰苦的努力和更具针对性的措施.

| Abstract: | The mainstream opinion about the SARS effect on the economy in China should not be underestimated. This paper has done some tentative investigation from multi-dimensions of scope, degree and time. It concludes that the SARS effect on the economy in China should not be underestimated. It needs wider and harder efforts, more specific measures to eliminate the negative SARS effect on the national economy in China. |
