| 摘 要： | 基层学术组织是大学功能的组织单元和操作单位,是大学运行体系的重要环节。本文通过对大学基层学术组织历史演变及我国现阶段大学基层学术组织的分析,提出了基于建设研究型大学的基层学术组织的改革原则、框架及必须进行的制度保障措施。
