| 摘 要： | 本文探索利用社会资源,切出计划生育的一部分工作,纳入有关部门,并充分协调、发挥这些部门优势,以建立新的计划生育工作机制,以人为本,解决好群众在生活、医疗、养老等方面存在的实际问题,改善人们对计划生育的可接受性,有利于计划生育的进一步发展。
