| Abstract: | Based on the function and the working process of the e-government system in Xian National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, this paper analyses the positive effects of this system and probes into several existing issues in the course of its application. This paper, finally, suggests some new directions for further construction of e-government in Xian National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone. |
