| Abstract: | Governance of a Nation with Morality is the general tactic for governing a country drawn up by the_third_generation Party leaders led by Jiang Ze_min during the 21st century when our country is entering a new developing era.It is also a scientific inference based on general summarization of the experiences in governing a nation both at home and abroad.Better comprehension of the profound meaning of this general plan will contribute significantly to the construction of socialist spiritual civilization as well as the enhancement of moral quality of the whole nation. |
