印度城市化进程对中国城市化的启示——兼比较两国城市化进程

印度和中国两国的历史、国情、独立后的经济基础都有相似之处,但两国的城市化进程和发展水平却出现了明显的分异,关键在于中国实施了"效率优先,兼顾公平"的经济政策和发展都市集群(圈)的城市化政策,印度则采用均衡发展的经济政策和优先发展大城市的城市化政策.另外,印度和中国城市化过程中共同遇到的难题,如过多的农村剩余劳动力和社会就业问题等,也提示中国在城市化过程中亟需解决.

India's Urbanization and Its Enlightenment to China's Urbanization

India and China are both the largest developing countries.There are some similar aspects on the historical background and economic base after the two countrie'sindependence.But experiencing half of century's development,China has exceeded India on the level of urbanization.During this time,China has implemented economic policy of "efficiency first and equality second" and urbanization policy of developing citistates,on the contrary,and India has implemented equal-developing economic policy and urbanization policy of advancement of large cities.Moreover,India and China have both confronted some difficulties,such as mass country residual labour and employment,which require China to resolve them urgently.
