经济学视野里的家务劳动

男女两性在生物学意义上的差异致使其在家庭中存在明显的劳动分工,妇女的时间主要分配于家庭部门,而男性的时间主要分配在市场部门。这种分工是获得家庭福利目标函数最大化的一种有效途径。家庭部门的生产、消费的全部活动,既是社会物质资料生产、分配、交换、消费全过程的起点,又是终点。因此,政府应建立家务劳动的评估体系和标准,使家务劳动的经济价值货币化,并将其列入国民核算体系。家务劳动在夫妻共同财产中有着不容忽视的经济价值,我国《婚姻法》应对家务劳动的价值作出肯定性规范,在离婚分割夫妻共同财产时应将家务劳动作为需要考量的因素。

The Housework in the Field of Economics Vision

In the biology significance,male and female have differences which make them to have the obvious divison of labour in the family.Women's time is mainly assigned in the family department,but men's time is mainly assigned in the market department.This kind of division is an effective way to gain the family welfare objective function maximization.All of the activies of the family department's production and expense are not only the beginning of the entire process,but also the end.Therefore,our government should establish the apprasisal system and standard of the housework so as to make its economic value to become money and list it into accounting system.The housework has important economic value.Our country's "Marrige Law" should make an affirmation standard.
