论荀子的礼法价值观

基于对国家治理的现实考虑,荀子将法纳入自已的关怀视野,认为法是国家治理的工具之一。但他又秉承儒家的思想立场,以逻辑上的礼包含法、产生顺序上的礼先法后、功能上的礼本法标为学理依据,论述了礼相对于法的价值优先性。

Hsun Tzu's Value View of Ritual and Law

In the view of the realistic consideration of administering a state, Hsun Tzu paid close attention to law and thought that law was one of the tools of administering a state. Following the fundamental stand of the Confucians, judging by ritual all and law part in logic, ritual first and law second in forming order, ritual major and law minor in function, Hsun Tzu proved "valuing ritual while despising law" in the metaphysical sense.
