| 摘 要： | 通过存在两类消费者情况下的两部定价模型推导出了最优两部定价公式。表明最优边际价格由各类消费者的偏好差异程度及边际生产成本决定，而固定费用主要取决于对商品具有较低效用评价的消费者的需求，并推导了固定费与需求弹性的关系以及最优边际价格的范围。

| Abstract: | The formula of two-part pricing for two groups of customers are drawn in this paper it isconcluded that the optimal marginal price depends on the differentiation of customers' preference and themarginal cost. Relationship between two-part pricing and demand elastic is also discussed. The range of theoptimal marginal range is also calculated. |
