| 摘 要： | 结合北京航空航天大学的实践与探索,提出提高研究生学位授予质量的若干措施:重新定位学位审核目标,从国家建设对人才培养的需要出发,培养知识、能力和素质与之相适应的高层次人才;完善学位标准,引领研究生培养质量;坚持研究生参与科技研发,提高科研能力;鼓励研究生参与科技成果整理,提高科研素质;健全校院两级学位审核机制,充分调动分委员会的主动性.
