| 摘 要： | 战略管理理论发展至今已有半个多世纪的历史,其间涌现了许多学派和理论观点。自二十世纪八十年代以来的战略管理理论产出了三大成果:竞争战略理论、企业能力理论和超越竞争理论。并每种理论观点都体现出特定的前沿性和局限性。
