《开罗宣言》与"台湾地位未定论"的起源

二战时期,美国出于削弱日本的目的促成《开罗宣言》的签署。但是美国政府即使在全力支持蒋介石政权的同时,也玩弄两面手法,暗中试图将台湾分裂出去,无视中国海峡两岸的历史联系,刻意淡化《开罗宣言》的法律效力,为“台湾地位未定论”的出台作好铺垫。从《开罗宣言》到“台湾地位未定论”,表明美国对台政策的急剧转变。实际上,这种转变是有内在逻辑规律的,其政策也是一贯性的。

Cairo Declaration and Origin of "Uncertain Status of Taiwan"

During the period of the Second World War,American government signed Cairo Declaration in order to defeat Japan.But even if American government supported CHIANG Kai-shek Regime with all its efforts,it strove to separate Taiwan from China in secret from all kinds of considerations.American government ignored the historical link between China mainland and Taiwan,debased legitimacy of Cairo Declaration and provided a background for "Uncertain Status of Taiwan",which shows a drastic change in the American policies.In fact,the change of its policies reflected inherently logical rule,and its policies were coherent.
