| 摘 要： | 高等学校科技产业是历史的产物，它的形成和发展有着一定的历史渊源。从历史的视角上看，高校科技产业是高等学校职能发展的必然结果。人类社会从第一次产业革命到第三次产业革命，每一次都有高等学校科学研究、科技开发作出重大贡献。我国现阶段的高校科技产业不是纯经济的短期行为。而是反映着当代高等教育改革与发展的必然趋势。

| Abstract: | The scientific and technological industry in colleges and universities is the historical outcome,whose shape-up and development have certain historical origins.From the angle of view in history,the scientific and technological industry in the institutions of higher learning is the inevitable result of functional development in colleges and universities.The human society has experienced three Industrious Revolutions,and in each of them,the scientific research and the growth of science and technology have made great contributions to it.At present the scientific and technological industry in China's colleges and universities is not a short-term action of pure economy,but a mirror of the inexorable trend of educational reform and development of institutions of higher learning in modern China. |
