中国融资租赁法律问题研究

融资租赁为中国经济建设作出了重要贡献，但由于融资租赁在中国起步较晚，立法及相关配套制度未尽完善，致使融资租赁业的发展受到很大制约。通过对国外融资租赁发展经验的介绍，对比中国融资租赁现状，探讨当前中国相关立法中存在的问题，并结合实际提出立法建议。

Research on international finance lessing law

Financial leasing has made great contribution for China's economic.But,as finance leases has a late start in China,the legislative and related systems are not perfect yet,which leads to the result that the development of leasing business is greatly restricted.Based on the experience of foreign finance leases presentation and contrast with the status quo of China's financial leasing,the paper discussed the problems existing in China's related legislation now and put forward some legislation proposals in light of reality.
