| 摘 要： | 经济结构调整是当前我国整个经济工作的主线。产业结构作为经济结构的重要组成部分，其地位和重要性是不言自明的，市场和政府是产业结构调整的两种基本作用力。对市场和政府在产业结构调整中的作用进行了分析，并就目前我国产业结构调整中市场和政府作用的充分发挥进行了探讨。
