人力要素始终是经济发展中的重要因素。在信息网络时代,由于知识要素作用不断上升,各种经济发展要素的作用与表现形式发生了重大的变化,人力要素的变化尤明显。对此,根据发展经济学的基本观点,从人口规模、人力资本、人口流动三个方面,对信息网络时代经济发展中的人力要素的新特征、新趋势进行思考和分析。

Reflections over the Human Element in Economic Development in the Times of Information and Networking

Human is always important in economic development. In the times of information and networking, great changes have taken place in roles and forms of various elements of economic growth, especially human element, due to the increasing importance of intellectual element. In view of this, this article, according to the basic viewpoints of economics, discusses and analyzes new characteristics and tendencies of human element in economic development from three aspects, i.e. population scale, human capital and population movement.
